BOATique Staffing began on the docks of Fort Lauderdale with a simple frustration: crew agencies that had never stood a watch.
Our Story
A boutique agency, deliberately
We have run charter seasons, turned cabins at two in the morning, and docked in weather nobody enjoys. That experience is why our shortlists are short and why our references are called, not collected.
Today we place crew across South Florida, the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, and increasingly the Pacific — for private programs, charter fleets, brokerages, and builders working the show circuit.
We stay small on purpose. Every client speaks to a principal, every candidate is interviewed by a person, and nothing is delegated to an algorithm.
What We Stand For
Discretion
Owner names, itineraries, and program details never leave our office. Confidentiality is the product.
Judgment
We would rather send three candidates than thirty. Curation is what you are paying for.
Longevity
We measure success in seasons served, not placements closed. Retention is the only metric that matters.

Licenses confirmed, references called personally, backgrounds screened, trials arranged.

We present a short list, coordinate interviews, and stay close through the first season.
